In October 2018, HANEDA ZENITH HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. and HOKUKON Co., Ltd. established Vertex Corporation a joint holding company, through a stock transfer.
Subsequently, in 2021, its subsidiaries HANEDA ZENITH Co., Ltd. and HOKUKON Co., Ltd. merged to form Vertex Co., Ltd.
Furthermore, in October 2025, IKK Corporation will join Vertex Corporation group, expanding our business areas to include segment products used as tunnel components, and our group is entering a new phase of growth.
　
Based on this business foundation, as Chairman and CEO, I will work to clarify the medium- to long-term direction and optimize the business portfolio while overseeing the entire group.
Furthermore, by maximizing the strengths of each business and enhancing the overall capabilities of the group, we will promote sustainable growth and the creation of new value.
