The Group has formulated its Third Medium-Term Management Plan covering the three-year period from the fiscal year ending March 2025 to the fiscal year ending March 2027. Along with our purpose, we have formulated "VERTEX Vision 2034" as our vision for the year 2034, 10 years from now, to aim for sustainable growth.
Having completed the creation of a high-profit structure following the business integration, we will work to expand sales and build a management structure with an eye to the next 10 years.

In the first fiscal year plan based on "VERTEX Vision 2034," we are targeting sales of 50 billion yen, with organic sales of 43 billion yen and operating profit of 6.5 billion yen.

As a first step toward achieving future sales of 100 billion yen and operating profit of 15 billion yen, we will make growth investments to strengthen our business portfolio and work to regrow our core businesses, whose foundations have been established, and to develop new businesses that will serve as the axis of long-term growth.

To achieve our newly established purpose, we have formulated a long-term vision, "VERTEX Vision 2034," which describes what we want to be and what we want to be in 2034, 10 years from now.

Our goal is to achieve sales of 100 billion yen, operating profit of 15 billion yen, and an ROE of 20% in 2034, 10 years from now.

In light of the chronic labor shortage issue, we will promote the creation of smart factories that utilize IT, such as automation and centralized management, in order to create a comfortable and easy-to-work environment.

By developing a new business that involves infrastructure maintenance and management from the upstream stage and provides one-stop services from investigation and diagnosis to maintenance and management, we will contribute to a society in which people can live in peace of mind.

Regarding precasting, we are considering developing "Be precast ON-SITE" Project business that uses mobile plants to manufacture products on-site.

We aim to realize "Smart Slope Disaster Prevention" Project by collecting various data from satellites and drones to detect and prevent disasters and other dangers in advance.
