Sustainability Management

The Vertex Group's management philosophy (brand vision) is "Create a form for security"

Based on this management philosophy, we will promote sustainability activities in line with the following policies in order to further solidify the trust of our stakeholders through sound and transparent management and business activities that contribute to society and the environment​.

 

1. By working to create value that leads to the resolution of social issues and contributing to creating a safe and secure future for society and the planet, we aim to realize a "sustainable society through our business" and "sustainable growth for the Group."
    
2. We will work to protect the global environment and ensure safety and security for local residents by reducing the environmental impact of our business activities and providing products and services that contribute to adapting to climate change and creating a recycling-oriented society.
    
3. We strive to create a diverse working environment by providing opportunities for employees to improve their individual capabilities and systems that make it easy for everyone to work.
    
4. We will conduct fair and transparent management to earn the trust and meet the expectations of society.
    
5. We aim to increase our corporate value by deepening mutual trust with stakeholders through constructive dialogue.

 

 

In order to promote sustainability management, we established the Sustainability Committee in February 2023.

Additionally, we have established sub-organizations for environmental measures and diversity to discuss and decide on sustainability initiatives and quickly roll them out to each division and subsidiary.
