Our dividend policy is based on the principle of continuing to pay stable dividends as an allocation of results backed by business performance, while securing the necessary internal reserves for future business expansion and strengthening our management structure.
Our basic policy for dividends from surplus is to pay a year-end dividend once a year, and dividend decisions can be made by resolution of the Board of Directors. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, we have set a common dividend of 32.5 yen per share.
In addition, with regard to retained funds, we will invest them in preparation for future business expansion, research and development, capital investments for facility renewal, capital investments to increase added value and competitiveness, digital transformation investments to improve productivity, startup investments, M&A, etc., with the aim of strengthening our long-term competitiveness and increasing our corporate value.
