Materiality(important issues)

Based on our "Management Philosophy (Brand Vision), Management Vision, and Group Code of Conduct," which are the starting point of the Vertex Group's activities, we have incorporated the ideas of the SDGs, which outline various issues in the social and business environments surrounding our Group, as well as long-term, global social issues, and have selected materiality that will enable our Group to achieve sustainable growth and realize a sustainable society through our business.

We identify materiality through the following process:
