We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our shareholders for their continued support, and have introduced Shareholder Benefits program with the aim of increasing the attractiveness of investing in our company's shares and increasing the number of new shareholders who hold our company's shares.

Shareholders who hold 300 or more shares and are listed on our shareholder register as of the end of March and September each year

Eligible shareholders will receive points according to the number of shares they hold. They can use those points to choose from products posted on the special website for shareholders only, "Vertex Premium Benefit Club," which is aimed at supporting disaster-stricken areas and contributing to disaster recovery. They can also exchange those points for "WILLsCoin," a common Shareholder Benefits coin that can be combined with benefit points from other companies that have introduced the Premium Benefit Club.

Shareholder Benefits points can be carried over only if you have been listed in the shareholder register with the same shareholder number twice or more consecutively as of the end of March or September, and you have held 300 or more shares continuously, and you can exchange up to four points at a time. Please note that if your shareholder number is changed due to sale, transfer to a third party, inheritance, etc., before the rights determination date as of the end of March or September, the points will become invalid and cannot be carried over.
