Message From Top Management

Our company underwent a business integration in October 2018 and started as a new group structure, but if we trace back to our predecessor companies, we will celebrate 100 years since our founding in 2024. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of our stakeholders for their support in helping us get to this point.

 

The Vertex Group’s management philosophy and brand vision is “Create a form for security.” To achieve this, we have been working to create value that will lead to solving social issues. These include issues related to natural disasters, greater risk of accidents due to aging infrastructure, and regional revitalization.

 

In recent times, there have been growing concerns about climate change due to global warming, as well as uncertainty related to our business environment. This means there is a strong need to address issues tied to sustainability. We refer to our efforts regarding these as “Sustainability Management,” and in partnership with Vertex Group employees and stakeholders, we are working towards the realization of a sustainable society.
