With the aim of enhancing opportunities for dialogue with shareholders, the Company held a shareholders' meeting on December 19, 2025. This meeting also served as an unveiling ceremony to commemorate the relocation of the Company's new head office.

In the first part of the event, we explained the business overview and future initiatives of our group, and exchanged opinions with shareholders (panel discussions, etc.). We also conducted a tour of the new head office, allowing shareholders to see the new working environment. In the second part, we held a social gathering, which provided an opportunity to deepen interactions through informal discussions with the participating shareholders.

Going forward, we will continue to engage in constructive dialogue with our shareholders to promote more open management and enhance our investor relations activities, striving to sustainably improve our corporate value.
