We are Announcement that an article about the initiatives of our group company, Vertex Co., Ltd., was published in the April 30, 2026 issue of the Nikkan Kensetsu Times.

The article mentioned that our President and CEO, Yuzuru Yamamoto, received a letter of appreciation from Yokoshibahikari Town, Sanbu District, Chiba Prefecture, for his contributions through the town's corporate hometown tax donation program.

Our company donated "Therapit," an emergency toilet tank that can be used even during water outages in emergencies, and it was installed at the town hall, a designated emergency evacuation center in Yokoshibahikari Town.

"Therapit" is a disaster prevention facility with excellent earthquake resistance and durability, and is expected to be used to support life in evacuation centers during disasters.
In addition to Therapit, our company also develops other products such as "RESCUETE," a rainwater storage tank-type emergency toilet.

Since establishing our factory in Yokoshibahikari Town in 1949, our company has grown together with the local community.
We will continue to contribute to building disaster-resilient communities through products and initiatives that help with disaster prevention and mitigation.
