The Vertex Group​ ​held a two-week new employee training session from April 2, 2024 for new employees for fiscal year 2024 and those who joined the company mid-career last year.
 

The objectives of this training were to build a foundation for long-term success, to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization, and to equip them with the foundation of interpersonal skills and practical communication skills essential for steadily and efficiently carrying out their work. Various programs, such as group work and presentations, were conducted on "basic business knowledge," "business etiquette," and "business skills."

We hope that they will utilize the knowledge and skills they have acquired through this training and be successful in their respective postings.
