The Vertex Group​ ​conducted new employee training for two weeks from April 2, 2025 for new employees for fiscal year 2025 and those who joined the company mid-career last year.
 

The objectives of this training were to build a foundation for continued long-term success, to support new recruits in smoothly incorporating into the organization, and to equip them with the interpersonal skills and practical communication abilities essential for steadily and efficiently carrying out their work.
Specifically, training was provided on such topics as "basic business knowledge," "business etiquette," and "business skills" through a variety of programs, including group work and presentations.
